Payments
All payments are done via on-line credit card payments. Accepted cards are VISA, Mastercard and AMEX
On-line payments are guaranteed through 3D secured site. Make sure your card is 3D secure compatible.
If you are unable to complete registration with card you have the possibility to get an invoice, to get an invoice you need to contact us at info@komum.is See invoice payment policy in tab below
Neither the organizing committee nor KOMUM conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.

Invoice is due 14 days after it has been issued
Billing address cannot be changes after it has been submitted.
All bank transfers must be free of all bank cost.
Additional charge of total ISK 4.500 is added to the invoice (administration cost).
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations on and before 90 days prior the conference will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations on or before 60 days prior to the conference will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations on or after 30 days prior to the conference will receive no refund.
The service fee for all changes is ISK 5.000
